Service description

Inmate Connect helps federal inmates and their families exchange messages through CorrLinks, SMS, WhatsApp, and email according to facility rules and applicable law. We are not affiliated with the Federal Bureau of Prisons or CorrLinks.

Acceptable use

• You may only message contacts you are authorized to reach.
• No illegal content, harassment, fraud, or attempts to circumvent facility communication policies.
• Subscriptions and payments must use accurate account information.

Subscriptions and refunds

Paid plans are described on the subscribe page. Refund requests are handled case-by-case; contact support with your register number and payment receipt.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Message delivery depends on third parties (CorrLinks, carriers, Meta/WhatsApp) outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inmate Connect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
